APDCL Mobile Number Update in 1 Minute.

Assam Power Distribution Company Limited (APDCL) has issued a notification requesting its valued consumers to update their consumer details  including their mobile number on APDCL official website to serve in a better way. Consumers who fail to register their mobile phone numbers  in APDCL portal, and not providing their relevant details within 15th July, 2021, may be barred from electricity connection temporarily.

We will elaborate  here in this article how to update your personal details in the official website of APDCL ,.

As per APDCL notification, all  APDCL consumers need to update their following personal details:

1. Name

2. Consumer No.

3. Mobile No. (Mandatoy)

4. Aadhaar No. (optional)

5. Email ID (optional)

6. Occupation (Mandatoy)

Above details cab be updated in online or offline by the Consumers using 2 Methods.

Method 1: Using APDCL Official website.

You need to follow the below mentioned steps by visiting APDCL official website.

Step 1: Visit www.apdcl.org (APDCL website)

Step 2: Click on ‘Update Mobile Number’ tab. A new page will be opened.

Step 3: Enter your "Consumer No" and click on the "arrow" Symbol (button). A new page will be opened.

Step 4: In this page enter all details like: Mobile No., Occupation, Email ID and Aadhaar No.

Step 5: Now, click on "submit" button . After submission an ‘OTP' will be sent to your mobile number.

Step 6: Provide the ‘OTP’ in correct box shown in the picture and click ‘Verify’.

Congratulations! You have successfully updated all the details.

Method 2: By visiting respective electrical sub-division office.

APDCL Mobile Number Update Offline by visiting respective electrical sub-division office and submit all the following data writing in a paper. 

1. Name

2. Consumer No.

3. Mobile No.

4. Aadhaar No. (if available)

5. Email ID (if available)

6. Occupation
